WHAT DOES IT DO?
The 28-day Good Habit Playbook helps you to kickstart good habits by giving you 1 task each day for 4 weeks straight. This is a journey of testing out different methods to find the one favourite you want to continue after finishing the playbook.
The collected methods include mental, emotional, functional & social elements. All it takes is +/- 15-30min per day.
Some of the methods you test out only for a single day, some of them you do 3 days in a row to see how your mind & body adapts to these new habits.

It's here to kick your ass. The Good-Habit Playbook is designed by Arta Citko with support from Erasmus+ and Baltijas Regionalais fonds for a project “Quality vs Quantity".
